Qualifications

• Must hold School Administrator Licensure in states where required.
• BA or higher in Education or related field.
• 3–5 years of teaching experience plus prior school leadership experience preferred (as an Instructional Coach, Assistant Principal, interim dean, content lead, etc.).
• A valid administrator license (if required for the state).
• Experience working with at‑risk students is strongly preferred.
• Experience coordinating Title 1/RTI programs.
• Strong written and verbal skills; highly developed interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to drive complex projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the school's systematic intervention program around the 6 Key Practices of Systematic.
• Intervention in the Schoolwide Framework to drive continuous student growth.
• Develop an effective intervention team and provide differentiated support and professional development.
• Collaborate with intervention services consultants and principal on funding decisions and compliance.
• Analyze progress monitoring data regularly and evaluate system effectiveness.
• Teach, model, and coach others to administer intervention tools.
• Develop and maintain a safe, engaging culture focused on student learning.
• Lead wing PLC meetings using data and state standards.
