Job summary

National Heritage Academies seeks an Academic Intervention Coach/Dean at Knapp Charter Academy in Grand Rapids, MI. The role focuses on designing/systematically implementing interventions, developing staff, and managing grant-funded programs to raise student learning and school health.

Qualifications

• School Administrator Licensure in states where required.
• A minimum of 3-5 years experience in teaching with leadership roles.
• Experience working with at-risk students is preferred.
• Experience coordinating Title 1/RTI programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a systematic intervention program within the school.
• Lead and develop an intervention team and provide differentiated support.
• Collaborate with intervention services consultants and principal on funding and compliance.
• Analyze progress data to drive instruction and student growth.
• Lead PLC meetings and promote a culture of high expectations.
