University of Illinois Chicago is seeking a Hospitalist (Open Rank Non-Tenure Faculty) in the Department of Medicine, Division of Academic Internal Medicine and Geriatrics, to provide clinical care and contribute to teaching. The position is based in Chicago, IL, with a competitive salary and full employee benefits.

The successful candidate will provide clinical service, teach medical students and residents, and participate in departmental scholarly and service activities, with rank determined

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required.
• Completion of an Internal Medicine Residency Program required.
• Eligible for a State of Illinois Medical License.
• Eligible for medical staff privileges at UI Health.

Responsibilities

• Clinical service in the clinical setting.
• Teach medical students and Internal Medicine residents.
• Participate in the scholarly and service missions of the department.
• Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
