Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Marketing Manager for Academic Health Systems in Cincinnati to drive KOL engagement and advisory groups. You will partner with KAM, FSO, and Education teams to design and execute evidence-based strategies and targeted account plans for prioritized Academic Health Systems.

The role requires up to 40% travel, collaboration with cross-functional partners, and leadership in budget planning to sustain growth in the MedTech Surgery segment.

Qualifications

• Travelling up to 40% travel annually.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years in Sales/Marketing.
• Experience with Ethicon product line preferred.
• Experience with KOLs, residents, and fellows preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Professional Education, KAM, and FSO to build a KOL engagement model for Academic Health Systems.
• Co-lead clinical and non-clinical KOL advisory groups to derive insights for strategies and account plans.
• Develop and maintain an extensive network of KOLs and influencers within prioritized AHS.
• Create customized account plans for influencers to drive MedTech Surgery competitiveness and growth.
• Manage budgets and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deploy resources in priority AHS.
