Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and funding data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in scientific and marketing contexts.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and social media tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Collaborative, curious, self-motivated; comfortable cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Help develop customer personas and market segmentation for campaigns.
• Research competitive landscape and funding trends; summarize findings.
• Create marketing content: social posts, blogs, presentations, emails, event collateral.
• Assist in training materials, playbooks, and sales enablement tools.
• Analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance; suggest optimizations.
• Support tradeshow and conference coordination and outreach.
• Maintain CRM records for contacts, KOLs, and institutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Branch Marketing, and Sales to align campaigns.
• Complete intern project and present findings to SBU leadership.
• Demonstrate Promega's ESIs and comply with ethics/regulatory requirements.
