The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team, lead clinical care, and contribute to educational activities.

Qualifikationen

• MD degree from an accredited medical school.
• New York State Medical Licensure.
• ABIM Internal Medicine board certification or eligible.
• ABIM Gastroenterology board certification or eligible.
• Completion of Internal Medicine Residency and Gastroenterology Fellowship.
• Demonstrated clinical knowledge of GI and liver diseases.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and education of trainees.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and management of GI and hepatobiliary diseases in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Deliver patient-centered care with individualized treatment plans.
• Perform GI procedures as credentialed, including upper endoscopy/colonoscopy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Participate in teaching and mentorship of fellows, residents, and students.
• Contribute to clinical conferences, research, and academic programs.
• Support GI fellowship and internal medicine residency education and program development.
