Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

  • Additional work experience as defined above may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for up to four years of the required education.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and related laws, rules and regulations.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee payroll, financial operations, sponsored research administration, and student financial processes.
  • Exercise independent judgment to manage complex fiscal and human resource functions.
  • Ensure compliance with university policies, sponsor regulations, and provide operational support to enhance departmental efficiency.
  • Liaise with central university offices and manage departmental resources.
