Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend recruitment events, meetings, share updates, and collaborate with partner offices to coordinate efforts on academic affairs initiatives.
• Design, implement, and monitor transition and early college engagement programs to enhance undergraduate student success, retention, and integration.
• Manage logistics, scheduling, venue setup, and material allocation required for successful execution of departmental events, workshops, and student programming.
• Assist in creating, administering, and evaluating assessment tools (surveys and focus groups) to analyze course effectiveness and drive program enhancements.
• Support development and instruction of departmental courses, including the Public Health Pathway Program implementation.
• Support multi-channel communication strategies to engage community and campus stakeholders via newsletters, magazines, social media, and digital platforms.
• Update content on the college website regularly.
• Create and manage social media posts to highlight programs and events.
• Collaborate with college communications team to ensure consistent messaging.
• Serve as the point of contact with the university marketing & communications department.
• Manage graduate admissions databases SOPHAS and Slate, coordinating admissions processes and data.
