Responsibilities

• Assist with insurance verification and prior authorizations to facilitate care.
• Connect patients with campus and community resources based on needs.
• Support providers by facilitating patient communication and documentation.
• Document patient interactions and care coordination in the EHR.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information per laws and policies.
