Job summary

Albany Medical College's Division of Cardiology seeks a full-time Electrophysiologist at the Assistant or Associate Professor level to join our academic faculty. The position offers full-spectrum EP care in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include outpatient EP clinic with outreach, inpatient EP consultations, ablations and device implantations, and collaboration across heart failure, interventional cardiology, surgery, and imaging. Teaching fellows and residents is expected.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or related degree with board certification or eligibility in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Completion of ACGME accredited fellowship in Clinical Electrophysiology.
• Eligible for NY medical licensure and academic appointment.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient EP clinic, including outreach
• Inpatient electrophysiology consultations
• Ablation procedures and device implantations
• Collaborate with faculty across advanced heart failure, interventional cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, and cardiovascular imaging
• Support education and development of fellows, residents, and advanced practice providers
