Platt College Los Angeles seeks a Dean to lead the operations of its academic units across four Southern California campuses. You will oversee delivery of educational programs, manage faculty and staff, monitor curricula, and support student performance.

Candidates should have 3-5 years as a manager in academia, an advanced degree (Master’s), strong leadership and organizational skills, and a commitment to curriculum development and assessment.

• Understanding of educational environments including student and faculty needs.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage multiple departments and personnel including students.
• Ability to maintain the integrity of the curriculum.
• Knowledge and understanding of professional career paths for which students are enrolled.
• Motivation, dedication and enthusiasm for teaching.
