Job summary

Lincoln Tech seeks an Academic Dean to lead on-site at the Denver campus, guiding the recruitment, development, and management of a top-tier team responsible for innovative curricula and programs.

You will shape training initiatives, provide guidance to faculty and students, and collaborate with senior leadership to ensure program excellence and alignment with Lincoln Tech’s mission.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build successful relationships and partner with senior and executive management.
• Master's degree in Education or related field (preferred).
• Life and Disability Insurance (preferred).
