Job summary

Lincoln Tech in Hicksville, NY seeks a Campus President to lead the campus and advance academic excellence, operations, and student outcomes.

You will oversee budgeting, faculty and staff, accreditation readiness, compliance with OSHA/WISHA, and community relations, while guiding strategic initiatives with the Executive Team.

This role demands a proven track record in post-secondary leadership, Bachelor's degree, and 5+ years of operational leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor's degree or substantial commensurate leadership experience.
• 5+ years of operational leadership experience, preferably as a Campus-based Director.
• Knowledge of key departments on a post-secondary campus (Admissions, Admin, Business Office, Financial Aid, Career Services, Education, Student Services, Facilities).

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the campus' educational performance within operations and policy guidelines.
• Establish an annual campus budget.
• Recruit and manage all directly supervised personnel.
• Ensure faculty and staff follow job descriptions to high performance standards.
• Provide orientation for new hires and represent the campus in the community.
• Establish Advisory Boards and a Student Council with staff and faculty.
• Ensure OSHA/WISHA safety requirements are in place.
• Lead Executive Team Meetings and liaise with Executive Team members.
• Maintain accreditation criteria, curriculum standards, and plan updates/changes; oversee curriculum implementation.
• Organize and supervise all critical school functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or significant commensurate experience

• Establish an annual budget for the campus

• Have full accountability for establishing and ensuring that the faculty and other educational staff follow their job descriptions to the highest performance standards
• Ensure a practical orientation for all new hires at the campus
• Represent the campus in the community
• In conjunction with the faculty and other staff, establish active and functioning Advisory Boards and a Student Council
• Ensure that OSHA/WISHA requirements for safety are in place and followed
• Provide direction via Executive Team Meetings and serves as the liaison for Executive Team members
• Maintain compliance with educational criteria, accreditation, and curriculum standards
• Plan and coordinate accreditation changes, updates, and renewals
• Oversee curriculum implementation for new curriculum development and maintain existing curriculum
• Organize and supervise all critical school functions
