• Submit, track, and follow up on JIRA tickets for Education Support needs, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
• Maintain accurate faculty and student records in compliance with academic standards.
• Support academic compliance monitoring and reporting efforts.
• Update and manage academic tracking systems.
• Oversee daily operations of the Learning Resource Center (LRC).
• Coordinate IT support for academic-related activities, including tech day needs.
• Create a well-organized and compliant academic environment while supporting students and faculty throughout their academic journey.
