You will present course options, stay up-to-date with offerings, manage data in the ERP, coordinate admissions, batches and placement support, and ensure a high-quality learning experience with regular feedback.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries via walk-ins, email and telephonic for courses offered by the center
• Suggest courses matching candidate education level, work history, personality, interests and skills to fetch jobs
• Present the available courses to candidates
• Stay up to date with course offerings and study details
• Enter enquiry data in the ERP and maintain telephonic and email records, follow up to visit the center
• Follow up prospective enquiries and convert to registration
• Admissions management: raise invoices in ERP, collect documents for admission
• Assign batches to registered candidates
• Prepare weekly batch schedule with trainers
• Coordinate between students and trainers when required
• Maintain records while issuing courseware and student kits
• Fetch installment reports from ERP and ensure timely collection
• Track student attendance and ensure regularity
• Provide quality learning experience and collect feedback to identify improvements
• Ensure students attend module tests, issue completion certificates and coordinate with placement cell for placement assistance

Job description

• Handling Enquiries - Counselor is required to handle the enquiries received through walk in, email and telephonic - for the courses offered by the center.
• Considering the candidates education level, work history, personality, interests and skills - Counselor should suggest courses that match the candidates’ background and abilities and which will fetch them jobs
• Presentation of the available courses to candidates
• Study each course details and remain up to date with these course offerings
• Data collection: Ensure the enquiry form is filled by the walk in enquiries and data received is entered in the ERP. Maintenance of telephonic records and email enquiries, follow up till their visit to the center.
• Follow up the prospective enquiries and convert to registration.
• Admissions management: Handling the admission process for registered candidates which includes raising the invoices in the ERP, getting the admission form filled, collecting the relevant documents, etc.
• Assign the batches to the registered candidates.
• Prepare the weekly batch schedule with help of trainers.
• Coordinate between the student and the trainer whenever required.
• Keeping a record while issuing courseware, student kit etc.
• Fetch the report of the installment due from ERP and ensure timely installment collection.
• Keep Track of student attendance; take necessary actions to ensure student regularity.
• Will be responsible for providing quality learning experience to students. Should collect regular feedback from the students to identify the improvement areas, suggest corrective actions.
• Should ensure the students appear for module test in the end of each module, issue course completion certificates and coordinate between the student and placement cell for placement assistance.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
