Job summary

Nishchaya Classes is seeking an enthusiastic enrollment executive to drive student registrations and acquire new clients. You will engage with students and parents, align course information with needs, and guide families through the enrollment process.

This role requires 0–1 year experience, fluency in Hindi and English, and a personal laptop. Immediate joiner preferred, with a probation period and performance-based incentives.

Role & responsibilities

• Engage in student enrollment and new client acquisition.
• Conduct regular follow-ups through phone calls, emails, and meetings.
• Maintain strong and professional communication with students and parents.
• Understand student/parent requirements and provide suitable information about courses and programs.
• Convert leads into successful enrollments by effectively explaining the benefits of Nishchaya Classes.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
• Achieve assigned sales and enrollment targets.

• Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers are encouraged to apply)

• Salary During Probation: Up to 12,000 per month + incentives
• Post-Probation Salary: 1.75 lakh to 2.25 lakh per annum (based on performance)
