Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be available for early arrival or late departure for ceremonies.
• Attend rehearsal and receive event instructions from staff.
• Meet with the event coordinator for assignments and guidance.
• Assist with venue safety checks and crowd management.
• Help with processional and seating during ceremonies.
• Enforce policies on recording, food, seating, and conduct.
• Provide emergency announcements when required.
• Remain after events to guide guests and collect programs.
• Assist in gathering lost items for lost & found.
• Provide administrative tasks such as bagging programs and posters.
• Lift up to 25 lbs as needed and wear appropriate attire.
