Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience in interviewing and advising students.
• Superior organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with database information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to create and conduct presentations to groups, in person and virtually.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills to assist students in achieving goals.
• Commitment to courteous customer service for students, parents, community, staff and administration.

Responsibilities

• Recommend appropriate course selections based on student goals.
• Identify programs meeting student goals at the College.
• Build short- and long-term academic plans for students.
• Assist students with career readiness or transfer planning.
• Develop and facilitate student success programs at the College.
