Job summary

CCRI's Warwick campus is seeking an Academic and Career Enrollment Counselor to recruit and enroll students in credit and non-credit programs, providing exceptional service to support registration, matriculation, and payment activities.

The role builds relationships with prospective students, families, school counselors, and community partners through in-person and virtual engagement, and may manage recruitment projects beyond the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years related experience.
• Experience using multiple educational technologies such as WebEx, Civitas Learning, Element 451 CRM, Ellucian Banner, and Degree Works.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and enroll prospective students in credit and non-credit programs.
• Represent CCRI at in-person and virtual visits, information sessions, fairs, and related events.
• Assist with coordinated recruitment projects and outreach initiatives.
• Provide guidance on registration, financial aid and transfer pathways.
