• 1–3 years in academic advising or student success in higher education.
• Equivalent combinations considered; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive, student-centered academic and career advising.
• Guide students on degree requirements, policies, and progression.
• Support majors exploration and career readiness, including navigation to campus resources.
• Maintain accurate advising records in the student information system.
• Collaborate with faculty and campus partners to promote student success.
