Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12 accounting coursework or an associate degree in Accounting/Business with 12 accounting credits, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrators.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting and budgetary principles, practices, and procedures.
• Proficiency with WRS, MS Office, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage departmental budgets across state, trust, foundation, gift, grant, and service center funds.
• Reconcile financial accounts, monitor expenditures, and prepare financial reports.
