Job summary

• ABA board eligible/certified in anesthesiology and/or Critical Care Certification.
• Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in Virginia.
• Eligible for employment in the United States.
• Good communication, clinical and teaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical anesthesiology care to patients in main OR and ambulatory areas.
• Supervise and direct CRNA staff as assigned by Chair or delegate.
• Conduct preanesthetic evaluation, intraoperative care, and postoperative rounds.
• Participate in bedside teaching of residents, medical students, and others.
• Engage in clinical trials or quality improvement activities when possible.
