Job summary

Mary Washington Healthcare in Fredericksburg, VA, seeks Anesthesiologists to join a newly formed, physician-led Department of Anesthesiology. You will provide anesthetic care for diverse cases across three facilities and participate in teaching residents in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Anesthesiology.
• Cardiac anesthesia opportunities available but not required; fellowship training and TEE certification preferred.
• Strong clinical expertise across a broad case mix; regional anesthesia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthetic care for a wide range of surgical cases across multiple facilities.
• Teach and mentor residents; participate in lectures, simulation, and academic development.
• Collaborate with CRNAs to provide medical direction across practice sites.
