Mary Washington Healthcare seeks dedicated anesthesiologists to join a newly formed department in a physician-led system. The role offers clinical diversity across three facilities and an emphasis on teaching, mentoring, and academic development. Expect a balanced schedule and opportunities to advance clinically and academically.

The team collaborates with CRNAs with medical direction, supports a broad case mix, and values quality, safety, and innovation in patient care.

Qualificações

• MD or DO with board certification in Anesthesiology.
• Fellowship training and TEE certification preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Interest in teaching and mentoring residents.

Responsabilidades

• Provide anesthetic care across a wide range of cases (OB, neurosurgery, thoracic, orthopedics, urology, gynecology, colorectal, acute care).
• Collaborate with CRNAs and provide medical direction across sites.
• Teach and mentor residents; participate in lectures, simulation, research, and academics.
