Mary Washington Healthcare in Fredericksburg, Virginia, seeks experienced CRNAs to deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care across diverse surgical specialties. You will collaborate with anesthesiologists and perioperative teams in a physician-led environment.

With a new Anesthesiology Residency Program launching in July 2025, the department offers opportunities for academic involvement, professional development, and leadership growth within a supportive team.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or doctoral degree in nurse anesthesia from an accredited program.
• Current certification as a CRNA (NBCRNA).
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Active RN and APRN licensure in Virginia (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in anesthesia delivery and perioperative care preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a team-based environment.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments and informed consent.
• Develop and implement individualized anesthetic plans with surgical teams.
• Administer general, regional, local, and sedation anesthesia.
• Perform advanced regional techniques (epidurals, nerve blocks, IV regional).
• Monitor vital signs and adjust care to ensure safety and stability; manage airway.
• Provide postoperative care and smooth transitions to recovery.
