Job summary

Clio, the global leader in legal AI technology, seeks an Academic Enablement & Engagement Manager to lead AI certification programs, curricula, and engagement with law schools across the U.S. This remote role collaborates with marketing, content, and events teams to champion Clio’s academic programs.

You will develop live and on-demand materials, drive student and faculty adoption, and coordinate conferences and educator partnerships, advancing Clio’s position in legal education while supporting

Qualifications

• JD/LLM or US law degree required or 2+ years in US law school; or 3+ years in marketing/communications/content/program coordination in higher ed or legal industry.
• Demonstrated legal technology and AI competency, or aptitude to build it quickly.
• Strong project management skills with multiple deadlines across teams.
• Excellent written communication for briefs, external messaging, content, and product positioning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI/technology certification programs and curricula for law schools and legal professionals.
• Create live and on-demand enablement content for faculty, librarians, and students.
• Build a library of student-facing materials to grow AI competency across the law school journey.
• Coordinate engagement campaigns and cross-functional alignment with marketing, content, and events teams.
• Plan and execute academic conferences and on-site presence in collaboration with the events team.
• Measure program impact and use insights to improve enablement outcomes.
• Conduct market research on legal education trends to inform priorities.
• Represent Clio in the legal academy through thought leadership and speaking engagements.
