The Academic Advisor I advises students on University policy and procedures, program and degree requirements, and related academic matters. This position fosters student success by carrying out academic advising activities and protocols to help students stay on track to fulfill their educational goals. This positions also assists with student orientation and registration, and directs students to the appropriate resources and support services.
