Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience in student services or related fields; a master’s degree may substitute for one year."

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive academic advising to current, prospective, and former students through various interactions.
• Guide students in understanding degree requirements, Gen Ed, and graduation policies.
• Counsel academically at-risk students and connect them with resources.
• Interpret academic records and policies to address complex student situations and recommend courses of action.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance Center for Student Success programs and services.
