University of Texas at Austin seeks an Academic Advising Coordinator for the College of Liberal Arts. The role leads the Academic Advising Team, supervising advisors, coordinating undergraduate advising, and serving as the primary liaison to the Plan II Honors Program.

You will collaborate with Student Affairs and academic departments to implement college-wide advising policies, support new student orientation, and assist in degree planning for timely graduation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with eight years of experience in academic advising or related work.
• Master's degree with six years of experience in academic advising.
• Doctoral degree with four years of experience in academic advising.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise the academic advising team; hire, evaluate, and develop staff.
• Coordinate advising services among advisors and with academic departments.
• Serve as liaison to the Plan II Honors Program and Liberal Arts units.
• Develop college-wide advising policies and procedures with COLA leadership.
• Support registration, orientation, and degree planning activities for undergraduates.
