• Bachelor’s degree with eight years of experience working with college students or in an academic counseling capacity, or Master’s with six years, or Doctoral with four years.

Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise a team of advisors and manage workload distribution.
• Student Advising and Support: Advise CNS students individually and in groups; support orientation.
• Caseload and Program Management: Manage caseloads, assign students to advisors, and develop advising tools and reports.
• Faculty Collaboration: Build relationships with departmental faculty; communicate about student data and curriculum.
• Special Projects: Oversee the Forensic Science Certificate; respond to inquiries.
• Additional Duties: Attend meetings and support CNS events.
