East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania seeks a Tenure Track Coordinator for the Office of Accessible Services (OASIS). You will oversee accommodations for students with disabilities under 504/ADA, review documentation, and determine eligibility through the interactive process.

You will lead the department, set policies, manage budgets, supervise staff, and use data to drive service improvements. Collaboration with the Chair and campus partners is essential to ensure compliance and promote

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in vocational rehabilitation, counseling, assistive technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in disability services in higher education.
• Understanding of ADA and Section 504.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage budgets.
• Experience with Accommodate or Banner preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Directs implementation of accommodations and services for students.
• Reviews documentation and determines eligibility.
• Engages in interactive process for individualized accommodations.
• Directs strategic planning and policy development for the office.
• Manages departmental budget and staff supervision.
• Prepares complex reports and communications for campus partners.
