Job summary

Dickinson College is seeking an Audiovisual Support Specialist to design, install, maintain, and troubleshoot A/V systems across campus. You will support multimedia production, training, and documentation for faculty, staff and students, including video conferencing and webcasting.

An Associate’s degree in a related field is required, with 1–3 years of experience preferred and an Extron Control Professional Certificate to be earned within six months.

Qualifications

• Extron Control Professional Certificate required within the first six months of employment.
• Associate’s degree in Audio-Visual Technology, Electronics, Information Technology, Media Production, or closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for audiovisual systems, multimedia production, and learning spaces across campus.
• Design, install, maintain, and troubleshoot A/V equipment and control systems.
• Provide training and documentation for faculty, staff, and students; support video conferencing and webcasting.
