This position designs, installs, maintains, and troubleshoots A/V equipment and control systems; provides training and documentation for faculty, staff, and students; and supports video conferencing, webcasting, and multimedia production. The role also researches and recommends A/V equipment and supplies and provides consultation on presentation technology and equipment purchases. The position works independently within established practices and collaborates with campus partners to ensure reliable, effective audiovisual technology for teaching, presentations, events, and other campus needs. An Associate's degree in a related field and 1–3 years of relevant experience are required, with equivalent professional experience considered in place of some or all educational requirements. An Extron Control Professional Certificate is required within the first six months of employment.## Position Summary* Academic Audiovisual Support.
