Job summary

DSE, Inc. seeks a Program Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The role emphasizes evaluating program objectives, tracking status, budgets, and schedules; performing management and business analyses.

Qualifications

  • Three to ten years of program management, technical or business analysis experience.
  • At least two years of NAVAIR operations support within the four-year window.
  • Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and coordinate actions.
  • Maintain IPT calendars, schedules, and meeting minutes; coordinate logistics for meetings.
  • Prepare documentation, RFIs, RFAs, and action-item tracking; manage data and file organization.
  • Support data calls and questions for the record; assist with data disposition and records management.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and lead coordination with IPTs and functional leads.

Job description

We are currently seeking a Program Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The Program Analyst will primarily support the activities of PMA-280’s Advanced Concepts & Technologies IPT Lead.

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

DUTIES MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Program Office internal and external communications (other IPTs and Ops/PMA EA)
    • Stakeholder Interaction and Coordination
    • Security logistics, Visit Requests, and Travel arrangements.
    • Meeting Agenda, RFIs, RFAs, Minutes, and Action Item Tracking/Resolution
  • Data Call / Request for Information (RFI) / Questions for the Record (QFR)
    • Internal PEO data calls
    • External data calls (Congressional, Senate, etc.)
  • Maintain database organization, file management, data disposition
  • Maintain IPT Calendar and Schedules
  • Meetings
    • Coordinate logistics, reservations, speakers, notes, and gather inputs for weekly and standup meetings
    • Document meeting minutes and action items
    • Coordinate presentations with Level I IPTs and, Functional Leads Scheduler, RIO Manager, working groups
    • Coordinate and host meetings as required
    • Liaison with all stakeholders or key representatives
  • IPT Organization Chart
    • Maintain and update periodically
REQUIRED EDUCATION

BS or BA degree in a business, management or an engineering management discipline. Allowable substitution: an AS or AA degree and an additionalfour (4) years of experience; or an additional six (6) years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Three (3) to ten (10) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline; and included in the four (4) years, there must be at least two (2) years of NAVAIR experience related to operations support.
