Job summary

Komatsu is seeking a Motor Associate in Lebanon, KY to perform disassembly, cleaning, preparation, and reassembly of AC/DC motors to ensure optimal performance and reliability. You will support production efficiency by executing precise mechanical tasks within safety and quality standards.

The role requires at least two years in manufacturing and mechanical proficiency, with ability to work all shifts including overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical experience required.
• Ability to work any shift including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble AC/DC motors including taping holes and cleaning.
• Remove all bearings and sleeves.
• Sandblast parts for assembly.
• Flush water jackets.
• Press shafts into armatures.
• Prep motor assembly with necessary parts.
• Paint motors.
• Perform other assignments as directed by departmental supervision.
• Obey all safety rules and maintain housekeeping standards.
