Job summary

The Catholic University of America is seeking a Program Manager, Undergraduate Clinical Partnerships & Placements for the Accelerated BSN Program in Dallas, TX. This role secures clinical placements and preceptors, and builds long-term partnerships with healthcare facilities to support ABSN student rotations.

Reports to the Assistant Dean for the ABSN Program and coordinates with General Counsel to implement MOUs, ensures compliant site operations, and oversees the clinical placement team.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred; active DC RN license.
• Minimum five years as a BSN, MSN-preferred, with clinical preceptor/instructor experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Blackboard, Word, Excel, and Zoom.
• Able to navigate Cardinal Station and know referrals for upper-level nursing students.
• Supports the mission of The Catholic University of America.

Responsibilities

• Establish long-term partnerships with healthcare facilities for ABSN clinical placements.
• Collaborate with General Counsel to implement MOUs.
• Coordinate undergraduate clinical experiences for ABSN students in Dallas area.
• Evaluate clinical agencies and preceptors; manage engagements.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance of clinical instructors/preceptors.
• Track and assign clinical groups and ensure documentation is up to date.
