Job summary

WTW is seeking an Absence, Disability Management and Life Insurance Senior Associate to lead complex ADML projects for large clients. You will manage project plans, budgets, and timelines while serving as the primary client contact and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Role requires 3+ years in group disability design/management, strong financial skills, and the ability to expand client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience designing/managing large group disability plans.
• Strong financial skills; underwriting/claims experience preferred.
• Proven ability to create project plans and lead teams.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication.
• Bachelor’s degree required; license within 90 days; 15% travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ADML projects for large clients with budgets and timelines.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact and drive project delivery.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Develop and contribute to intellectual capital and best practices.
• Train/mentor junior staff and ensure quality deliverables.
