Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Senior Director, Absence, Disability Management and Life (ADML) to lead large, highly visible client engagements, shaping ADML strategy and expanding relationships with current and prospective clients. The role requires 10+ years in ADML program design/management in a consulting or brokerage setting and a proven ability to generate revenue.

Travel 35-50% is expected. A Bachelor's degree and a State Life and Health license within 90 days of joining are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience designing/managing large ADML programs in consulting or brokerage.
• Proven ability to generate revenue.
• Track record of growing large client relationships.
• Proven experience leading projects.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior management.
• State Life and Health license within 90 days.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and management of large ADML programs for major clients.
• Oversee vendor procurement, negotiation and optimization.
• Audit vendor performance and manage leave program development.
• Grow ADML revenue by pursuing new client opportunities.
• Directly manage/mentor consultants and project teams.
• Contribute to marketing and thought leadership for Willis Towers Watson.
