Job summary

Northbound Executive Search is seeking an ABS Investment Associate Director/Associate for a ~$50B alternative asset manager in Midtown Manhattan on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office). The role focuses on investment opportunities across ABS/CLO with a strong emphasis on Excel and Intex proficiency.

Responsibilities include evaluating opportunities, leading term sheet negotiations, and managing deal flow while interfacing with counterparties and building relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of relevant experience in ABS/CLO or structured credit.
• Strong understanding of structured credit fundamentals.
• Exceptional structuring/underwriting background with Excel and Intex.
• Experience analyzing loan agreements and negotiating covenants is a plus; credit structuring experience is a plus.
• Self-starter with high personal and ethical standards.

A ~$50b alternative asset manager in Midtown Manhattan is looking to add an ABS Investment Associate Director/Associate to its growing team on a hybrid basis (3x in office per week). This is a true investment position with an emphasis on someone bringing strong Excel and Intex to the table. Compensation is competitive.
