• Oversee optical measurements, fittings, and contact lens education under supervision.
• Coordinate with labs and suppliers to ensure timely order processing and quality results.
• Promote HIPAA-compliant patient data handling and appointment scheduling workflows.
• Develop staff through coaching, training, and recognition to maintain high service standards.
