Job summary

BMA is seeking a Test and Evaluation Specialist to join our team and support the DISA TEC II Program located at Fort Huachuca, AZ. The role involves analyzing test results, developing test plans, and conducting developmental, interoperability, and operational testing to ensure system requirements are demonstrated.

The candidate should have 8 years of specialized or military experience with expertise in SIGINT/ELINT/GEOINT and strong evaluation and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 8 years of specialized and/or military experience.
• Experience in one or all of the fields of Signal Intelligence, Electronic Intelligence and Geospatial Intelligence.
• Strong evaluation and report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze results of software, hardware, or interoperability testing.
• Develop test plans addressing specifications and requirements.
• Perform developmental, interoperability and operational testing.
• Design data analysis structure and appropriate test rigor for systems.
• Prepare Test & Evaluation plans and reports per JITC standards.
