Job summary

Odyssey is seeking a senior SE-4 Air Battle Management Test Engineer to support the 45th Test Squadron at Eglin AFB, FL. You will plan, execute, analyze, and report on developmental and operational tests for next‑generation C2, JADC2, and ABMS capabilities, translating mission workflows into testable objectives across complex multi‑domain architectures.

The role requires an ABM‑expertise background, the ability to work across test disciplines, and travel up to 25% CONUS/OCONUS to support test

Qualifications

Master of Science degree and at least 10 years of relevant technical experience (experience may substitute for education).
10 years of relevant engineering experience, including at least 5 years in engineering, R&D, and/or flight test for weapons and avionics systems.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, analyze, and report on developmental and operational tests for C2, JADC2, and ABMS capabilities.
Develop test plans, procedures, and test reports across the software development life cycle.
Coordinate test projects, schedules, and data collection for valid results.
Travel to contractor facilities, ranges, and test sites to support test execution and deficiency reporting.
Lead and direct others in test activities and artifact development.
