Our team comprises experts from Uber, Google, Meta, Airbnb, Lyft, and Twitter.

We are seeking an Integrated Campaigns & Events Marketing Manager to boost engagement and pipeline growth within our key accounts. You will lead impactful in-person events, webinars, and integrated campaigns across content, paid media, email, and outbound channels. Collaboration with sales, product marketing, and growth teams is essential. If you enjoy creating top-tier GTM programs targeting sophisticated technical buyers and excel at the intersection of field, digital, and ABM, this role is for you.

Responsibilities
  1. Plan and execute in-person events such as executive dinners, third-party conferences, and field meetups (8–12 per year).
  2. Manage 1–2 webinars or virtual events monthly, collaborating with Product Marketing and Sales.
  3. Lead integrated campaigns across events, paid media, email, and outbound efforts aligned with our Target Account List (TAL).
  4. Coordinate campaign logistics, tools, and timelines with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  5. Partner with SDRs and AEs for effective event follow-up and consistent messaging.
  6. Analyze metrics like MQLs, TAL engagement, and pipeline influence to optimize future campaigns.
Qualifications
  1. 3–5 years in B2B event or campaign marketing, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  2. Proven success in planning and executing measurable events (leads, pipeline, ROI).
  3. Experience managing integrated marketing across multiple channels (events, email, paid, webinars).
  4. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with sales, product marketing, and operations.
  5. Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Goldcast (or similar), and project management platforms such as Asana or Notion.
  6. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by achieving tangible business results.

The estimated US base salary range for this role is $138,000 - $166,000 annually for employees based in California & New York. Additional benefits include equity, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(K), flexible PTO, paid holidays, sick leave, and relevant leaves. Compensation is determined by factors like location, role scope, skills, experience, and expertise.

Tecton supports remote work with a hybrid policy for employees in SF, NY, and Seattle. We value in-person collaboration to foster connection and culture, requiring SF & NY employees to be in the office at least two days per week, and Seattle employees at least two days per month.
