Evolving Solutions is seeking a Marketing Demand Generation Specialist to bridge Marketing and Sales by identifying prospects, managing leads, and coordinating personalized outreach to drive qualified leads and pipeline.

The role involves ABM programs, campaign execution, and event-driven demand generation, with a focus on nurturing accounts and measuring impact. Based in Minneapolis, this full-time position offers a $65,000–$80,000 annual salary and collaborative cross-functional work.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field.
• Three years of experience in demand generation, campaign execution, lead generation, lead management, marketing automation or related areas.

Responsabilidades

• Engage prospects through personalized outreach to generate qualified sales conversations and leads.
• Execute targeted outbound outreach for priority accounts and partner campaigns.
• Conduct personalized follow-up via email, phone, and social channels.
• Document conversations, interests, pain points, timing, and next steps in Sales and Marketing Hub.
• Develop and execute account-based marketing activities for priority and target accounts.
• Identify key stakeholders and ensure information is in Sales Hub.
• Coordinate campaigns and assets with Product Marketing.
• Build campaign audiences, lists, workflows, and follow-up sequences.
• Track campaign performance and optimize continuously.
• Maximize lead generation at events and follow-up after events.
• Own intake, qualify, and track inbound, partner, and marketing-generated leads.
• Report on lead progression, conversion, and pipeline.
