Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks an ABL Relationship Manager II to manage a growing portfolio of Asset-Based Lending clients. You will strengthen relationships, oversee credit quality, and tailor financial solutions while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

You will collaborate with credit, operations, and treasury teams, monitor collateral, and contribute to business development and profitability objectives. Exempt status and hybrid work arrangements apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• MBA or CFA preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen a portfolio of ABL clients with a focus on relationships and profitability.
• Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, treasury) to deliver services smoothly.
• Monitor collateral, reviews, and risk to ensure credit quality and compliance.
• Participate in client pitches, negotiations, and deal structuring to support growth.
• Prepare portfolio performance reports for senior management and maintain compliance.
