Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Asset-Based Lending, commercial banking, or related credit discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationship management for the ABL portfolio.
• Monitor credit quality and collateral performance.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, treasury teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Perform regular portfolio reviews and risk assessments.
• Underwrite, structure, and renew ABL facilities with credit teams.
• Support business development through pitches and cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance; prepare portfolio performance reports.
