Job summary

Tech CU seeks an Asset-Based Lending Operations Specialist to support ABL new business and portfolio management, coordinating collateral for daily advances and initial funding, and preparing ABL reports.

The role partners with Relationship Managers and the Portfolio Manager, requires BA/BS and 3+ years in loan processing, and offers a 40-hour week with occasional overtime and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in loan processing or related lending disciplines.
• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
• Knowledge of loan documentation and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers with asset-based lending documentation.
• Lead daily loan collections processing and apply to collateral base.
• Support collateral reconciliations and periodic verifications per ABL policy.
• Prepare regular ABL loan reporting for Tech CU and Tech Capital.
• Set up e-file storage and maintain required legal documentation.
• Generate due diligence reports (credit reports, UCC searches) for clients.
• Assist with collecting borrower financial and collateral information.
• Help with audit schedules and documentation.
