• Underwrite new and existing ABL transactions, including term loans and lines of credit, for middle-market borrowers.
• Perform detailed financial analysis including cash flow modeling, collateral analysis, and borrowing base structuring
• Analyze accounts receivable and inventory collateral, including dilution, aging, concentration, and eligibility trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in asset-based lending, commercial banking, specialty finance, or credit analysis.
• Experience underwriting working capital facilities, including ANR and inventory-backed revolvers preferred
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
