Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or comparable experience required.
• Ability to pass pre-screenings such as background or drug screenings.
• Position is essential personnel and may require reporting to work in inclement weather.
• Must have reliable transportation to and between job sites.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned indoor and outdoor areas including trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting restrooms.
• Assist with periodic tasks such as stripping and sealing floors, carpet cleaning, and window washing.
• Learn and perform custodial procedures and use light/heavy custodial equipment.
• Attend required agency meetings and training sessions.
• Demonstrate safety, professionalism, and positive interaction with staff and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
