Job summary

Next Level Restoration & Remodel in Albuquerque, NM, seeks a hands-on Production Manager to lead abatement crews, ensure compliance with EPA/NESHAP and OSHA standards, and deliver inspection-ready projects on time and within budget.

You will oversee field execution, train crews, and manage multiple jobs while maintaining documentation and quality controls across all sites.

Qualifications

Current Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor Certification (40-hour).
GS-29 (or ability to meet requirements immediately).
3–5+ years in asbestos abatement or environmental services.
Experience leading field crews and enforcing safety compliance.
Strong working knowledge of EPA NESHAP, OSHA 1926.1101, and NMED.
Ability to manage multiple jobs and maintain control of execution.
Experience coordinating multiple crews or job sites.
Strong organizational and documentation discipline.
Experience working alongside restoration or construction teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee containment setup, negative air systems, and decontamination procedures
Ensure full compliance with EPA NESHAP, OSHA 1926.1101, NMED, and local requirements
Conduct job hazard analysis and review asbestos surveys
Lead and manage abatement technicians
Set clear daily expectations and hold crews accountable
Train and develop team members on safety, quality, and performance
Run multiple jobs with control over execution and timelines
Monitor labor efficiency and field productivity
Identify and solve production issues before they impact schedule or cost
Maintain accurate logs, manifests, and job documentation
Ensure every job is inspection-ready at all times
Enforce quality and compliance standards without exception
Work with leadership on scheduling and job planning
Support smooth transitions into reconstruction phases

The Role

What You’ll Own
